ROUTE
Day 1: Arrive in Delhi. Transfer to hotel. Overnight in Delhi.

Day 2: Tour of Old Delhi and New Delhi. Overnight in Delhi.

Day 3: Fly to Khajuraho. Drive to Bandavgarh National Park. Overnight in Bandavgarh Jungle Lodge.

Day 4: Early morning and afternoon game drives in Bandavgarh National Park. Overnight in Bandavgarh Jungle Lodge.

Day 5: Jungle explorations by jeep or elephant back rides and nature walks Bandavgarh National Park. Overnight in Bandavgarh Jungle Lodge.

Day 6: Drive to Kanha National Park. Overnight in Kanha Jungle Lodge.

Day 7: Game viewing in Kanha National Park. Overnight in Kanha Jungle Lodge.

Day 8: Game viewing in Kanha National Park. Overnight in Kanha Jungle Lodge.

Day 9: Game drive into the forest. Drive to Nagpur. Overnight in Nagpur hotel.

Day 10: Fly to Delhi for connecting flight to Guwahati. (Subject to change.) Drive to Kaziranga National Park. Overnight in hotel.

Day 11: Safari excursions in Kaziranga National Park. Overnight in hotel.

Day 12: Nature trek in Panbari Forest Reserve of the Kaziranga Wildlife Sanctuary and safari excursion in Kaziranga National Park. Overnight in hotel.

Day 13: Drive to Guwahati. Fly to Delhi. Farewell dinner. Transfer to airport for departing flights to U.S.

Weather
INDIA - MARCH
Extending from the Punjab to the Ganges delta, this low-lying region is hot and generally dry from March until June. Some occasional thunderstorms occur at this season, more particularly in the east. During the winter season from December to February the weather is generally sunny and dry. The nights and early mornings can feel quite chilly but the days are warm and pleasant. Some light rain may occur in the west and no part of the region is completely dry at this time.
